1. What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid ID, dental insurance card if applicable. If you take medications, a list of those would be helpful
2. Do you accept insurance?
Yes we do. We accept most PPO insurances and medi-cal. If you do not have insurance, we offer discount plans for our cash patients and financing options as well.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
